Shoty service in general

For starters the item is good. But its halfway smaller than advertised, the hilt sizes is off, it required a smaller blade than what arrived lucky enough I had one from a few other sabers but the side blades were full length and have a bigger width and diameter than the main blade making it extremely on uncomfortable. Secondly the saber was missing all retention screws which is an issue but not an issue at the same time as I had multiple from other purchases. The electronics are great so no issue there but then the shipping was horrible, they changed the delivery date 3 times all without reason or notification and the support never got back to me about it to a point im pretty sure they either deleted my emails or have me blocked as I tried multiple times

Kids can't destroy it.

My kids whacked theirs against this for a solid 2 hours and no worse for warehouse. Very durable. The details on the hilt are excellent.
