If I could give this company less than one star I would. Although I ordered a dress as well as this bag from A&M bridal. The dress took two months to make overseas and then we shipped to this company and this company for “quality check”then shipped it to me. The patterns on both sides were nowhere near what I ordered, and a lot of pink flowers were added. When I contacted the company, they reminded me that there are no returns and I needed to reach out to a seamstress that specializes in bridal gowns to see if maybe the pink appliques could be removed. Ultimately, she did not apologize although she did issue me $100 refund to fix her mistake. I explained that this could not be altered that the appliques were sewn into the chiffon and ultimately the company that I reached out to was correct by saying they would not remove the pink flowers because it would ruin the chiffon.
