Poor customer service
They claim to be a small company so they can’t help you with international returns, they only do exchanges and want you to pay the fee to send the package back, they do not provide a return shipping label. Extremely disappointed as I ordered 2 sunglasses and wasn’t able to receive a refund. Through email they take ages to reply.
