Money Tree Braided

You sent me a 6" pot when I ordered a 10" pot, then when I emailed you this pic asking you to refund the price down to the 6" size I got CRICKETS. The order clearly states 10" pot. You also took more than 2 weeks to process the order, and were not responsive to my inquiries about the status, even after I went to the trouble of looking up your PHONE NUMBER and leaving a message. If this is the way you conduct business I don't understand how you have the good ratings you do. No customer service line or email on your site, no response when folks reach out, shipping the wrong size plant after a substantial delay and then ignoring communication asking you to make it right. The only thing half-right about this order was a half-sized plant, which is doing well.

tree is great, but no response from support request

The packaging of the tree was extremely impressive. Heat blanket with hot rocks, protective wraps for foliage and soil, arrived upright, healthy and undamaged. Very happy with the product! I took 2 stars away due to lack of response from a support request I sent to them. I also didn't like the fact that there is no phone number to contact them by. Perhaps they just don't have the staff or time for such things.

Second time purchasing from your nursery and couldn't be happier with the plants!
