I have small ear and a small head, even though it kind of hangs down but still love yhe sound and the speaker and i come through clearly

I think they work great for hearing calls as they come in from customers. There is only 1 thing wrong: there's no way to adjust the length of the bar that goes around the back of your head. I have mid-back length hair which pulls back on the earphones so they sit on a sensitive portion of my ear that gets tender. Because of this, I cannot wear them all day for work. Other than that, the tone is perfect for me.
