The customer service was absolutely terrible. They never responded to any of my inquiries regarding shipping or the coupon that was supposed to be applied. There was no option to cancel despite the late delivery, so I ended up disputing the transaction. Somehow, the item was delivered anyway, which forced me to withdraw the dispute. I will never use this company again.
