Body Blitz Meal Replacement is perfect to fill you up and keep you that way especially if you don't want to be weighted down with a heavy meal, on a hot day or after exercise. A light dinner, or lunch replacement with a chocolatey flavour. Dissolves fairly easily in water or milk.

I purchased these to have after oral and jaw surgery, as I wasn’t able to have solid food for three weeks. They did the trick, in between other smoothies and gave me the energy I needed.

Still not sold

I bought this after reading reviews and I’m not sure this is as good as they day . It significantly has the pea protein taste and a strong after taste when you drink this The chocolate flavour doesn’t hide it at all I had to really incentives myself to get this one down Instead have used these to make brownies and muffins
