This was my first order with Nel and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Phone conversation was a delight and the customization was perfect. Nel shortened and layered her to be more like Audra she said. In fact I wanted Audra but she was sold out in my light brunette/blonde color. Nel told me unless I wanted 2 alike I shouldn’t order her when she comes back in stock. Also she told me Amanda had a very comfortable cap and nice fibers. She was correct on both. I love my Amanda. It did arrive with a small section on the right side that possibly got to warm when Nel added lift?? Unsure but it is the length of the fiber. I haven’t had time to add some heat or steam to try to smooth it. Have only had her on to try the style when she arrived. I do love her and the cut and style was perfect.
