Almost perfect

Works well, first use and shoulder pain subsided. Need to continue normal use to get maximum exposure but my only caveat is that it really is designed for more muscular individuals. The area around the shoulder and neck does not conform well well enough to average individuals or to women. The device needs to be more flexible and conforming to all users. That's why I can't give it a 5-star rating.
