The descaling kit was easy to use and the results were like our first carafe purity and taste, no taste at all! We love our carafe stsyem! So glad we bought one from a friend's referral.

It works great and really cleaned up the residue that was building in my tank. Las Vegas has really bad water and this is much needed.
