I am disappointed with the AquaTru Classic water machine itself. It only filters 50% of the water that gets filled into the tap tank and thus after 4 glasses from the filtered tank, it's empty. I am sorry to have made this purchase at nearly $500. 00

Good customer service and product
I hadn’t done descaling before so I called Aqua true for directions. The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. His directions were clear, and when I received the kit made it easy to do.

Satisfied
After buying a countertop water filter a year ago, I was unable to get my classic model to fill after performing my regular washing of both chambers. Customer service informed me that I needed to descale and sent me a descaling package. After descaling, filter replacement lights starting to pop on. So, I replaced the indicated filters and "voila" it is working again.
