These are outstanding earring backs. They glide on and hold the earring securely. They sit comfortably and do not need readjusting. I have bought a few so they are already on different pairs.

Quality!

I had a little trouble getting these earring backs on. You have to be gentle and slowly twist them. That said, they are very well crafted and substantial. They are beautiful, too!
