Gel has great opacity

The gel has great coverage! You only really need one coat and then you're good to go. The regular lacquer is a bit more true to eggplant (the gel is pretty blue-leaning) and the brush loads up with a lot of polish. So my coats for this one were a little inconsistent with the first coat coming out pretty sheer. This is likely user error though and I just need to figure out the right amount. Overall I have no issue with the quality of these polishes, even though the gel is reading pretty deep blue. Great opacity, non-runny formula; DND has made itself a fan! *Revised 08/06/25: Changed my review from 4 star to 5 star because the gel's blue color is very, very pretty, and I can't say I've seen another polish to look exactly as this one does. So being that I really enjoy the color, I want my review to reflect that. Just be aware that the gel polish *is* indeed more blue!
