The fit is really good and the style is cute. The neck goes up a little high though so I had to tug at it, especially doing back and biceps, but overall I’d recommend. I’m a 17y/o, 5’8, 200 Ib gym rat and got a Large, it fits comfortably with room to move and definitely a good pump cover
