Nice design but a few downsides.

I like the design of the lion's head design that I purchased. I ordered "pewter" and received chrome which while OK wasn't what I exactly wanted and is lighter weight than I thought and for a heavier drop down door might not be robust enough. In addition the washer and nut are tiny and Attic Ease should include a lock washer with the kit to prevent loosening. The pull-down wand is nicer than most and solid wood but if you have a high ceiling will not be long enough. The order was processed correctly for shipping and arrived on time and the price for the ornate lion's head was very good.
