Kim made my package BEAUTIFUL!!! It literally brought tears to my eyes!!! I had a REALLY rough week, and when the package arrived from "MY Victorian Heart", I simply stood and cried!!! Kim HEARTEDLY wrapped each and every piece like it was my Birthday, and THEN, PERSONALLY "Hand wrote" a PRECIOUS, Sentimental card, to Thank "ME" for MY purchase!!!! WOW!!!! IAM the one that HEARTEDLY and TRUTHFULLY need to say "THANK-YOU" to Kim, from the VERY TOP, and BOTTOM of my HEART!!! Im lucky if I even GET a SMALL "Thank-you" on the BACK of a "BUISNESS Receipt" with other "Stockist's"...So impersonal!!! I WILL do MORE buisness with Kim and "MY Victorian Heart"!!!
