I love the coulee concept. My only issue is with the white filters. I love that they are compostable. The coffee i like to use is sometimes too heavy for the filter. The coffee instructions say to use 1.5 tbsp. It absorbs the water becomes so heavy that the filter collapses and overflows. This could be resolved if you sold a separate reusable stainless steel or silicone filter that would support the wet coffee.

I really love the drip system I only have one complaint and that’s that i can’t make a larger than 12oz cup of coffee. I’ve tried and it will not work that correctly without going through a reset of the machine. I worked with customer service and they were very kind and patient with me.

This is a great little system. The coffee taste great. The size is awesome. It works great in our van to have awesome coffee while we’re camping. Great job!
