I give 4 stars because it’s sort of misleading - this is marketed as a fertility trio and gives a description of CoQ10 benefits for male and female, but then only gives enough supply for 1 partner to take daily. I did reach out and they were able to give me a discount code for a second bottle of CoQ10 which was nice.
