Fantastic Product, Even Better Service

I purchased two of KR's adapters to use two NanoMats on a Waterbox AIO 50.3 tank. The adapters are very high quality, they look cool, and they fit perfectly. As a newcomer to the hobby, I had an issue at the start because my return pump was pumping too hard -- something I did not realize at the time. I reached out to see if I was doing something wrong and got a quick and extremely helpful response from the owner, who had the same pump and walked me through a fix. It worked and a day later the NanoMats were working perfectly. Even though it was totally user error on my part, he couldn't have been kinder and more patient with me. In a day where the big online retailers get most of the attention, I just wanted to highlight what an exceptional experience this has been. I'm a KR fan for life!!

Nano Adapter

I would say that some explanation about the adapter would have been helpful. As, it seems super tight fit on the roller. And the clean fleece roll seems to be jammed onto the tank wall... I don't know, as I'm new to all this. Just wish there was more examples or what to look for? Thanks
