Quality has gone downhill

Where’s the key fob? Why is the strap shorter than on my old crossbodies? Everything feels tight and cheap. Another 1/2”would make all the difference in the ease of using the phone pocket, and having room to comfortably place and replace my very small card wallet. Seriously, have the Brahmin designers never held a modern electronic car key? Do none of them wear readers and/or sunglasses? The videos show all those things fitting with ease but the reality is tight, pinched and cheap feeling. The color is pretty.
