Neatly, solidly packed, arrived on time, and the cuts of meat are good size, well cured, and just the perfect amount of fat,..i chose McBee, because i like to know exactly where my Beef comes from, and how old it is..thats something a supermarket can never tell the truth on...McBee equals healthier choices..

Made some beef tips and noodles. So tender and delicious. We got the 1/4 of cow. Everything is hands down best meat we’ve ever had!
