Poor quality item, bad value for money

I have sent a message about the poor quality of this product but have been ignored. I ordered a personalised candle with the photo, this was stuck on so poorly it has creases all over it and the candle has hardly any fragrance. I do not recommend at all. It’s such a shame as this was a birthday gift for a good friend
