The sea moss industry is unregulated and the sea moss at Sprouts and Whole Foods is NOT GOOD. I trust Samadi Moss becauee they are transparent about where and how they source their sea moss. I love it in powder form. I get more servings and i dont have to worry about the product expiring.

powder is lovely
I like the powder, because I need a smaller dose and it doesn’t expire on me and travels well too. I notice I have more energy, and I attribute it to this product.
