Meh, but there's hope

Meh, quality not great but product support is excellent. One of the tabs was broken off when I received it. I contacted customer support and they indicated that they would send a replacement out immediately. Haven't received it yet but I trust it's on its way. Frankly, the welds seem totally inadequate for the type of product and the way they will likely be used. Haven't been able to use them yet so I can't address utility. The documentation/instructions seem to be a bit light and vague. Good product needs further development.
