Amazing espresso machine - wonderful customer service

I purchased this unit from Espresso Dolce in Vancouver, but I live in the Okanagan area of B.C. so it took a couple of months to have a family member personally deliver it - worth the wait! The machine is much quieter and faster to warm up than my previous version of the same machine - and produces exceptionally great shots every time! Love this machine and the service and advice provided by Chantal of the Burnaby Espresso Dolce store.
