I needed a rain hat and was searching for something better than the run of the mill cheap quality imported Chinese fare, I found this military surplus type rain hat on the AP website. It was listed as being "issued" condition (used). I was pleasantly surprised with what I received. The condition is great, and I'm glad that I purchased it. Heavy duty quality.
