As always the craftsmanship and quality is off the charts! It's nice and flexible with a very lightweight. Even though it's light it still feels very durable! I basically use it for anything that needs to be flipped or even spread! It's a very nice tool and i enjoy using it!

Absolutely the best quality plating Spatula handled.
I recommend treating the handle with some "cutting board cream" or something of the like. Like Japanese Knife Imports Hamdle & Saya wax. To help prolong it's life.
