Product seems ok, service definitely a desaster

I ordered several kits for sliding wardrobe doors and hanging doors. Delivery was a nightmare, but that was due to the carrier xdp. The kits seem to be alright, however there was no installation instruction for any of the kits with the delivery. I requested these instructions with an email from decor&decor’s technical team, never got any reply. I’ve had enough of them. I guess I can make the kits work, but that is not because of decor&decor.
