Easy to install Have done some cheese and a couple pork bellies so far. Turned out good. The unit makes cold smoke and was able to get smoke on cheese without melting it. The unit is made of stainless steel and should last a long time. I am certainly not disappointed with it. The larger tube that holds the pellets will get hot . I would install on the back side if I had it to do over

My partner loves it. Been smoking chilli's and garlic and cheese and meat. It works amazingly well. Had to adapt it to our BBQ but didn't take long to do so. But it's amazing and easy to use

This took about two minutes to get hooked up and powered on and was smoking meet. Drilled a hole in the side of my gas grill where it could sit and not be in the way and smoked ribs, steaks and much more in the first weekend. It is the perfect addition to a gas grill or cold smoke. I love it and love the fact I don't have to have a pellet smoker or a big charcoal smoker to get that great flavor.
