Embroidery Slate Frame | Hand Embroidery Wooded Slate Frame

So disappointed in this purchase. The side slats are 1/4 shorter in width than the holes in the top and bottom bars. This causes the whole frame to be completely wonky when trying to frame up. I actually had to put wooden dowels in the gaps trying to help make the frame short. Also the holes drilled down each side slat are all over the place. They are not uniform at all also causing it difficult to get a straight frame. Would not recommend purchasing.

My slate frame arrived in perfect condition. It is sturdy and well made. My first large embroidery project is mounted and I am ready to begin. I am very happy with the frames quality and will use it for years!
