Wrong part

Had a great experience purchasing and didn’t have any trouble getting to the website or trouble finding what I needed but it isn’t the correct part I need it fits in place like it should boot holes line up but when you pull the rope it doesn’t catch the gear as it is the wrong piece on the inside teeth part I’m not mad it was an easy mistake I assume but was wondering if I was able to send back an get a refund so I can look for the correct one I need I can send the info for the size and pose I need if it’s possible to find
