Enshadow - Threadling

Fabric is wonderful as expected! Customer service could use some work. I did not receive any notification that my order had shipped. I sent an email inquiring and did not receive a reply, so I sent a message via instagram. I was told that my order had shipped, but that they needed to locate the tracking number. Days later and no reply, so I sent another message. Finally I was told that the tracking number could not be found. When the order arrived, I was able to see that it was sent via lettermail for $6.85, even though I had paid $17 for standard shipping which should include a tracking number. I don’t appreciate paying that much for shipping when I can see that it was sent for much less.
