Karl couldn’t have done more for me! I originally purchased the hands free lead but found it too long. I contacted him & he offered to make reduce the size & make a bespoke lead for me. He did it really quickly & I’m delighted. Can’t recommend Karl or Madra enough & it’s great to support an Irish business.
