Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Love peak refuel food. We took several Peak meals on a 3 night hike/camp in Havasupai. Really easy to make and very tasty. My family loved the bison meat goulash.

Needs more strawberries, but other than that these are a great snack, when you need that little sweet treat. I was one who was not sure I wanted to try a freeze dried meal. But, everyone I have had so far has been a winner. We look forward to the weekend when we can sit back and enjoy a nice home cooked meal in less than 15 minutes, while enjoying our beautiful country.

Love the Strawberries. Cheesecake is ok, but its supposed to be soft. Texture thing for sure. But, everything we have gotten has been great.
