Initial Earring (L)

I love the letter earring but it is a little hard to put the back on. I bent the stem by mistake because it was hard to push onto the earring. The earring itself is lovely and constructed beautifully. The customer is also wonderful. I accidently ordered the wrong letter. I emailed the company and they placed in the mail the new letter before receiving the return. Thank you for that level of customer service. I will definitely be ordering another piece of jewelry from this company.

I ordered a pair (2 earrings) and only received a single earring. Additionally, at this price point, I expected the metal to have some weight and/or thickness. The weight and overall feel of the metal simply do not reflect the price paid.
