Let me start of my saying I am not completely dissatisfied. It is just not the quality I expected. It is not nearly as loud as I had hoped, there is no quality in bass, battery life comparatively to how long it takes to charge is ridiculous. I feel like the the main focus on this product was the magnetic ability and being waterproof, which are two things I’m not looking for in a quality speaker. Even when I link my Ranger with a friends Ranger, you can’t even tell the two speakers are playing simultaneously. Just overall nothing compared to a JBL or even Bose I’ve experienced. Nothing against the customer service and branding TurtleBox has but is completely underwhelming at the end of the day!

Sounds great, the magnets take if to a whole other level. Turtle box durability is unmatched.

Turltkebox lied about the dimensions online. i should at least get $50 back. Why does this company feel intitled about lying is beyond me. Should be a simple web page fix.
