I am 6'5" with same wingspan and the XLT fit like a glove. It breaths really good. I'm in southeast TX and about 6 to 8 months of the year it's really hot. love all the pockets and the waterproof inside pocket is a really nice touch. The armor seems to be more than sufficient but no way to tell unless you use it which I don't want to find out. I will recommend Street Brawl to anyone I talk to about armored gear. Thanks for such great clothes. I am very satisfied. Thomas
