Round Traditional Pottery Plates

The plates are beautiful I order 10 but 6 comes all broken I send a couple emails to atesania Díaz and they gosh me they not answering so I paid 10 plates and get only 4… Also I contact shop pay and the say the next step is repot the issue to my bank so they can get my money back… I text her in her lives but she say they have a broken policy is your order is broken well they Don’t do anything… my order was poorly packaged I have photos so I will do everything to get my money back… please don’t buy from her…
