OG Coffee Subscription

The coffee included was great! Cant wait to get more to tryout

First of all, I love what Airworks is doing. For where i'm at in my coffee journey right now, the opportunity to try curated and intentional products - all the way up the chain from farmer to roaster to Airworks - at the current price point is second to none. The only ding is that my box had to include a coffee substitution (double Anamorphic instead of Monastery). I reached out to Jacob and he explained the situation - there were so many new subscribes (like myself) that they were forced to call an audible on some of the packages. As I noted in my response email: this is a great problem to have. The only feedback I would give, for the purpose of this review, is that I wish you all could have gotten ahead on the communication and let subscribers know in advance. It's a small piece of feedback amidst many points of success and satisfaction. Looking forward to next month (please don't substitute the Arrows offering!)

This recent trio of beans from Walnut are in my top 3 of the last 12 months. Fantastically easy to pull flavor with a V60. Delicious from the hottest temp to iced. Incredibly juicy fruit notes! And a serious bargain to purchase through the subscription vs ordering direct from the roaster in Tokyo.
