Absolutely fantastic customer service. We had an issue with our order and their team kicked butt on solving the problem and keeping us cool while we hit the driving range.

Having the diameter only 6’ causes you to stand closer to umbrella. It would be better if umbrella was 7’ in diameter. Unfortunately I practice between 11am to 1pm. This makes the shade almost directly over me. Practicing earlier or much later would be better to have shade where you can be under the shade to swing.

Great concept. In the middle of the day when the sun is high the area for shade is quite small. If the ground is pretty moist it's quite unstable if there is any kind of a breeze. I'd return it but I'm not sure how to do that.
