Bad Customer service

I asked if the items could be returned for a 100% refund without any mailing costs attached and I received an answer by email that said yes. I did this because I didn't know if they would fit my needs. They did not and when I went to return them they said that I would only get 50% back even after I emailed a copy of the email that was sent to me saying 100% would be returned. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
