I ordered the e30 Silhouette a while ago – the design itself looks great, but unfortunately, the item arrived bent, and the shipping box was also damaged. I’ve tried to contact the Petrol Vibes team twice, but almost a month later, I still haven’t received any response. Very disappointing, especially since I really like their products. But good customer service is just as important as good design.
