I like it but my dogs adore the green laser. Haven't used the other functions yet, but they will become handy soon. Sturdy piece of EDC .

Really close to 5 stars-- 4.5 if you ask me
I owned and daily carryed the "Trustfire X3 MINI" (the one with the rubber power button for about 2 years before dropping it on a bicycle ride. After crying about it a few days, I researched for a few days what the latest and greatest was and what was popular. And, I decided that reliability was first on my list and the company I knew that was reliable was the one I was already working with. Here are my notes about my new flashlight from this perspective (and not being able to compare them side-by-side) - It is physically larger. I assume it has a larger battery? But I never had an issue with battery life - Same USB C charging. This is much better than Olight using unique chargers - I was doubtful of the 2,000 lumens claim... at first. Comparing them in daylight I could not see a noticable different. Until... - The lock is super annoying. Hold for 5 seconds? Aint nobody got time for that. So you leave it unlocked right? Until it burns a hole through your pocket!! - Seriously, this is not a toy, this bad boy already ruined a pair of pants. - Clip is removable and reversible, if any of that is your thing - Not a huge fan of the color, but that is pretty subjective - Not a fan of the flashlight red/blue light features. I have no idea when I would use that. - UV light is on the side instead of the front. Just kind of weird to use it (at least what I use it for) in this config. - Metal button instead of rubber button. My old light had the logo worn off in like 2 weeks and the button had a hole after the first year. Still waterproof just did not look great, so that is a welcome improvement. My biggest complaints about this are just the locking feature (I leave mine on laser to avoid the fire pocket thing I mentioned) and the size. That being said, if it lasts as long as the last one, it was worth every penny for me. I will probably try to find something more portable/pocketable over the next year or so though.

Amazing.
This is exactly what I wanted. I work in manufacturing and I love the side light for lighting the interior of a machine. Returned an Olight for this Trustfire and do not regret it. Charging is better, the lights are better, and there’s more functionality.
