Weird tartness
I can only compare this to one other freeze dried espresso product I’ve tried -365 brand from Whole Foods in the US. By comparison the KLP brand had a more tart flavor profile and I found it required more product to water than what was recommended in the directions

Good
I like it with some oat milk added for a smooth latte. However I’d love it more if it had a more nuance flavor profile.
