The product was very hard plastic which I think they could have done better for the price . My Wife loved the gift but it arrived later then expected so part of her birthday gift was late!

It’s fine. I’m certainly a bit disappointed in the quality change from the initial photos that were shown online. I would say that it looks much cheaper in person and is not worth the price I paid. Customer service was also very little help in this regard, stating that since it was a preorder, it cannot be returned. I’ll let this be a lesson in the future to not trust their preorders.

It’s smaller than the thumbnail suggests but better than advertised (at least to me) for having working top handles, and being small enough to actually take with you to the movies (for sharing popcorn/plain nachos).
