Motorcycle Metal Sign - Garage Sign - Auto Mechanic Garage Four Wheels Customized Classic Metal Signs

I ordered this sign and a personalized mug. The sign I will happily give 4 stars. Very, very cool imo!! I love personalized gifts and this was for my father in law, who loved it! I was happy with quality. However, I took off a star because this shipping system they use is TERRIBLE! Customer service, although they get brownie points for being curteous and polite- VERY difficult to reach out to with an issue. Issue being I never received a tracking number for this order until after I reached out myself to customer service SEVERAL days later to attain. Seems like a Chinese network shipping company. Little info updated. No real info identifying WHAT was being shipped and when exactly. (this is important because I ordered more than ONE gift FOR CHRISTMAS.) THIS sign arrived before christmas, pretty much in the timeframe I had thought it should- but alone. So again FOR THIS SIGN I give it a fair 4 stars. The company should fix some things though because due to the rest of my experience- I will not be able to confidently recommend this website, which stinks because I really do think the PRODUCTS deserve better! They're very cool!

I love the fact that you were willing to customize the sign with a picture of my husband’s dirt bike. He was so surprised and loves it! Thank you for such a great birthday for him!
