Disappointed
I’m very sad to give this low score, especially because there aren’t many places catering for vegan and gluten-free diets. Last year, we ordered the Blueberry & Lemon Cake for my son’s birthday and loved everything about it — the moisture, texture, and flavour were all excellent. This year, we chose the Chocolate Cake, but unfortunately it was quite dry and lacked a noticeable chocolate flavour, although the frosting was nice.

Amazing cake!
I'm so glad I chose Sweet Almond bakery's choco cake for my partner's birthday. We've had so many hit and miss vegan celebration cakes over the years but this was was perfect. The sponge was light and chocolatey and the buttercream was delicious. It wasn't too sweet or heavy, it was just a joy to ear. Thanks so much to the Sweet Almond team for such a lovely cake.
