Pitman arm / customer service
Quality part at a fair price but even more impressive was customer service. USPS delivered an empty , destroyed box. After shooting Kanter an email ( on weekend ) telling them the issue , I received a prompt reply telling me not to worry , a new part would be sent out and they would handle claim with USPS. This is exactly what they did and I had replacement part in just a few days. Very impressed with how issue was handled and overall customer care. Thank you Kanter!
