I ordered it as a gift for a friend who seemed to really like this product online. I believe they still do, but if it was for myself - I would have returned it. The product does not have this holographic effect as on the pictures. The orange halo is not produced by the lights , it's simply painted on a paper-like surface.
The description says metal/acrylic construction that made me think the product will have a higher quality than it actually does. It is more a wooden/cardboard box material with two LED strip planted in it. Doesn't feel like a professionally designed lamp, more like a crafting project.
Additionally, it arrived damaged. While this is not a real issue, because many products get damaged during the shipment process, the damage perfectly shows the kind of material it's made of.
