Predator Z3 Shaft Uni-Loc Thin Black Collar

Product arrived on time. It appears that they pre-sanded down the topcoat which I wouldn’t usually mind but there’s a slight inconsistency where they had a heavy hand. I usually would’ve just burnished it by hand with leather, you would never have that happen. If I cannot work it out then I may be requesting a return/exchange.
